Kaptain Carbon Sometimes artists use styles as tools rather than destinations and the moody organ music of Sort of Damocles combined with the off kilter and fractured titles make this feel like a cross between an album and surreal poetry. Favorite track: It Vanished It's Gone.

released October 7, 2016

I did not do a very good job mastering this album so I revised it in 2022 using alternate mixes and had the new version mastered by Jordan Koop at The Nosie Floor. I'm leaving this original version up for posterity, using the artwork from the 2016 tape release.

Recorded mostly between December 2015 and September 2016. "Dustin's Sad Song" is from December 2014, "Super Speclatron" is from November 2012, and "Drum Machine Qlaap" is from I-can't-even-remember when.
